Tournament problems!!

Won the first step of the tournament but while trying to play the next step it keeps going to the Store. When I click the back arrow and click to play the next level it keeps sending me back to the store!
Finally I watched the free video and 10 seconds into the 30 sec video it went into slow motion which took an additional 30-40 seconds for it to complete. I STILL CANNOT PLAY THE TOURNAMENT GAME!! WHY NOT??? What a disappointment...
